Session Title: Early-career support showcase
Description: The position of early-career scientists in the current academic system is precarious and challenging. Uncertain career prospects, highly competitive fields, and challenges to well-being are just some of the issues that junior researchers have to navigate. At the same time, many local initiatives, often led by early-career scientists, strive to support this community. In this session, there is an opportunity to showcase these local projects. This session will also include a discussion to inspire and assist other institutes in learning from these existing efforts and possibly implementing them.
