Posters

Please note: maximum poster size is A0 portrait or A1 landscape

Posters will be displayed in the Lesley Downs and Basil Reckitt lecture theatres in the Ferens building (Campus Map).

Posters can be put up from Sunday afternoon when the registration desk opens (4-6pm), and will need to be taken down by Friday afternoon by 4pm at the latest.

Dedicated poster sessions will be held on Monday 15th July 17:00 – 18:00 and Thursday 18th July 13:00 – 13:45. However, the posters will be displayed throughout the whole week, so delegates are strongly encouraged to visit the poster rooms during coffee breaks & lunch breaks as well.
